Es pot fer d&#8217;infinitat de maneres, per\u00f2 el resultat ha de ser un pa esponj\u00f3s que duri 3 o 4 dies amb aquesta textura.<\/p>\n<p>En aquesta ocasi\u00f3 he substitu\u00eft un dels ingredients, la mantega pel nostre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.loliferrer.com\/ca\/producte\/packs-regal-gourmet\/elegance-barcelona-by-loli-ferrer\/\">Oli d&#8217;Oliva Verge Extra Elegance By L\u2019Oli Ferrer<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Per a aquesta recepta heu de tenir temps i paci\u00e8ncia, ja que necessita unes hores de rep\u00f2s, aix\u00ed que un diumenge a la tarda pluj\u00f3s \u00e9s un dia ideal per a fer-la i gaudir del proc\u00e9s de llevat i amassat.<\/p>\n<p>Si teniu amassadora us ajudar\u00e0 al fet que tot sigui m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil.<\/p>\n<p>I si sou molts en la fam\u00edlia us recomano fer el doble de la recepta, ja que els encantar\u00e0 als petits de la casa, amb una mica d&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva Elegance Barcelona By L&#8217;Oli Ferrer, un oli de varietat arbequina molt arom\u00e0tic que amb el pa encara una mica calent ser\u00e0 un menjar delici\u00f3s.<\/p>\n<p>En aquesta ocasi\u00f3 no ho vaig farcir, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 podeu emplenar-la al gust en l&#8217;\u00faltim proc\u00e9s d\u2019amassar i fermentaci\u00f3. Al final de la recepta us anoto algunes opcions de farcits.<\/p>\n<p>I si us sobra una mica de pa l&#8217;endem\u00e0 podeu utilitzar-ho per a fer llesques amb ou \u201ctorrijas\u201d<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>500 gr. de farina especial brioix o farina de for\u00e7a<\/p>\n<p>1 rovell d&#8217;ou<\/p>\n<p>1 ou<\/p>\n<p>50 gr. sucre<\/p>\n<p>5 gr. de<a href=\"https:\/\/www.loliferrer.com\/ca\/categoria-producte\/flor-sal\/\"> Flor de Sal del Mediterrani L\u2019Oli Ferrer<\/a><\/p>\n<p>250 gr. de llet t\u00e8bia<\/p>\n<p>15 gr. de llevat fresc o 5 gr. de seca<\/p>\n<p>40 ml d&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.loliferrer.com\/ca\/producte\/packs-regal-gourmet\/elegance-barcelona-by-loli-ferrer\/\">oliva verge extra Elegance Barcelona by L&#8217;Oli Ferrer<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Llet per a pintar el pa<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-4326\" src=\"https:\/\/www.loliferrer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/Ingredientes_loliferrer_gourmet_OOVE_Elegance_Flor-desaldelmediterraneo-800x600.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.loliferrer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ingredientes_loliferrer_gourmet_OOVE_Elegance_Flor-desaldelmediterraneo-800x600.jpeg 800w, https:\/\/www.loliferrer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ingredientes_loliferrer_gourmet_OOVE_Elegance_Flor-desaldelmediterraneo-1050x788.jpeg 1050w, https:\/\/www.loliferrer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ingredientes_loliferrer_gourmet_OOVE_Elegance_Flor-desaldelmediterraneo-768x576.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/www.loliferrer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ingredientes_loliferrer_gourmet_OOVE_Elegance_Flor-desaldelmediterraneo-1536x1152.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/www.loliferrer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ingredientes_loliferrer_gourmet_OOVE_Elegance_Flor-desaldelmediterraneo-2048x1536.jpeg 2048w, https:\/\/www.loliferrer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Ingredientes_loliferrer_gourmet_OOVE_Elegance_Flor-desaldelmediterraneo-510x383.jpeg 510w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Preparaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Primer barreja el llevat amb la llet t\u00e8bia, i una mica de sucre dels 50 gr. reservats, barreja-ho b\u00e9 i reserva.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Tamisa la farina, afegeix Flor de Sal del Mediterrani L\u2019Oli Ferrer i reserva&#8217;l.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Col\u00b7loca en l\u2019amassadora batedora la gemma i l&#8217;ou.
